I am able to access any webservice from the net through my wsdl and I create my own webservice and then I am able to access it through my WSDL, but what I have done is using Eclipse, so I've written a lot of code, whenever I develop a web service myself, but when I remotely I use the web service from the server, so I I did not write any code, so I'm a little confused.
