This is a simple example, but for this I need this, the transition is not working Will need to use animation.

When the element is hovering, the animation easily animates the element when the element is closed which pulls it back to its original settings without animating it back.

Is there any way to change its settings instead of snapping it back?

Animate needs to be used for this: the hover event, but when the element closes, I can use the transition, if it does work, I can not get it to work is.

I have tested your version in Google Chrome and it worked fine for me even in Firefox compatibility And it also works good for me.

What I have now here:

HTML:

  & lt; Ul & gt; & Lt; / Li & gt; Trial & lt; / Li & gt; & Lt; / Ul & gt;

CSS:

  ul {background color: black; White color; Width: 100px; Height: 100px; } @ -mose-keyframe flow-down {0% {padding-down: 0%; } 100% {padding-down: 30%; }} @ -WebKit-keyframe flow-down {0% {padding-bottom: 0%; } 100% {padding-down: 30%; }} Ul: Hover {-moz- animation-name: flow-down; -MOZ animation-duration: 0.5s; -moz-animation-timing function: low-in-out; -moz-animationFill-mode: forward; Webkit-animation-name: flow-down; Webkit-Animation-Duration: 0.5s; Webkit-animation-timing-function: low-in-out; -webkit - Animation Fill-Mode: Forward; }

And here's just JSFiddle version:

Hope it helps.

Regards
