  1. Speech API is available in WinRT (such as Windows Phone 8).
  2. Can I use some third party speech instead of the API?

    I want to apply TTS to my Windows 8 / WinRT application, do anyone have some suggestions?

    Voice commands and speech recognition are only available on the phone.

    TTS is available for all WinRT devices.
