For the first time I am doing reporting in asp.NET .

As far as I am understood that it requires a separate report server , it will be created to work for it. We do not want to create a separate reporting server .

Can someone create SSRS report locally without making me a separate server?

Any suggestions are welcome. The Visual Studio 2005 Report Designer supports locally executed reports, which has an RDLC extension.
