google earth - links in kml balloons not working in GE 6 -


My KML Placemings have a description element population such as 

    
 With Google Earth 5, when you click on the link in the balloon, the km is downloaded and displayed in the expected form.  
 With Google Earth Pro 6, when you click on the link in the balloon, nothing happens, you have to right click on the link and then select "Open in new window" then KML downloads and Google Earth Is displayed in  
 Does anyone know why there is a difference in behavior between GE5 and GE 6?   
 
 
 How do I get a link to download without the need for the right click workaround in balloon in GL6  Updates to handle URL and ARS between some GE 5 and 6 GE5 allowed some sloppy URLs and 6.0 got better with some specs better than the specs. There were not many details on particular details, check the syntax of the URL and make sure it opens in your web browser.  
 Note that if you want to fly to a target site mark in another KML file, then you specify the id of that location icon as an anchor after the id of "#" With URL (see the example below in the second link).  
 Here is a KML example that works in Ge 6.2.2:
