expressionengine - Images not resizing in WYGWAM/Safecracker/Channel Images entry form -


I have a blog that uses channel images to upload and manage images. Content area is a WYGWAM fieldWhile adding images to the WYGWAM content area, I have some sizes set in channel images that allow the user to adjust the layout within their content (landscape left, right of scenario, picture left , Picture correct). After that I have two other sizes: thumbs and galleries are set for the image gallery that appears below this content, thumb is set as a small preview in the area settings, and the gallery is set as a larger preview in the field settings. This all works very well in CP publication form.

However, things also do not work properly when using the Safecracker form. I can select existing images, but when I add a photo to the content field (WYGWAM), it does not change it properly. I have to choose the dialog box and the options that I want to choose, but this option is not being saved.

What happens is the image is being added to the Wiwim content, which I have used in the larger size of the field settings. What size I have selected for this "big preview" changed by testing it

However, if I upload a new image and select a size then it works fine. This issue is with existing images (i.e. uploaded for other entries first).

Is it possible to use sizes in channel images / safecrack / wizard?

There was a bug in this recent build, the developer sent me a compromise version that is working .
