Unable to install apk in android emulator -


I am trying to install an APK (download from a site) in the ICS emulator through ADB Shell, but giving it the following error:

Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_UID_CHANGED]

What could be the problem? Uninstall the previous version of the app from the first emulator, then try again.

You can access this system setting & gt; Applications & gt; Manage applications and select the app.

If the app still fails to install, then select the emulator with the wipe user data option.
