virtual machine - Arista EOS VM stucks during booting -
I am trying to boot an Arista EOS image at Ubuntu 12.04. The QMU-KVM package is installed but there is no command like qemu-kvm , so I am using the kvm command.
VM becomes, starts to boot, but this boot stage

It is the VM that the virtual hard disk (.vmdk) file checks its storage settings and Make sure that for VM Vmdk exists.
Your command line shows where the abot is, which is a bootloader for VOOS. You must also specify a vdmk file for the VOs hard disk. From VOS readme:
qemu-kvm -nographic -vga std-cdrom aboot-qemu-serial-2.0.6.iso -boot d -hda EOS-4.10.2- veos.vmdk - Usb -m 1024-net If you decide to go with VirtualBox, then it can help, from within VOOS, the symptoms are the same:
