colors - ansicon -i not working in Windows 7 x64 -


I have downloaded the ansicon for tracing on this site so that I can keep the color of text in my command line. I have a 64- I run Windows 7 on bit system. I removed the downloaded zip files from my download directory to C: \ escon. When I cd to the asyncon directory and type "acon-i" then the answer is

'AcCon' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operative program or batch file.

What's going wrong here?

Okay, the instructions on that page are a little misleading, in the directory a subdivision in ansicon For X86 (32 bit) and for one x64 (64 bit) 

  c: \ ansicon \ x64   
       
   
 and execute  
  Uttacon -i
