SQLite update fields with replacing words -

I'm not good at SQLite, so the question came: how can I update some columns from fields like / Media / soft / forward path to / media / username / soft / furtherpath ? The problem is that after updating Ubuntu 12.10 from 10.10, I can not work on my Shotwell library, because the new Ubuntu uses / media / username /...// to increase in any way .
